Coming from a large family whose mother and grandmother loved to bake, I take pride in every cake. Cake baking takes her back to her childhood and watching her mother and grandmother baking in the kitchen with sheer delight and joy bringing happiness to their family.

- Chocolate Delight Signature Cake – Chocolate Fudge cake, with a creamy chocolate whipped filling, Chocolate Godiva Frosting topped with Chocolate Ganache and Belgium Chocolate Shavings – totally decadent. Also can be made as a black and white cake.
- Orange Pound Cake – Our creamy textured orange pound cake is hand baked with fresh citrus with an orange almond glaze drizzled on top.
- Apple Cake – Made with plenty of fresh apples, ground cinnamon, orange juice and baked in a golden brown crust.
- Lemon Cake – This scrumptious, moist lemon cake is made with lemon pudding and topped with a lemon glaze or buttercream and lemon filling.
- Coconut Cake – A vanilla cake made with coconut milk and lots of coconut with a pineapple filling.
- Black Forest Cake – Chocolate cake soaked in Kirsch liqueur with a cherry filling.
- Carrot Cake – Super moist combination of carrots, raisins, walnuts homemade cream cheese frosting and topped with chopped walnuts.
